Privacy
Your privacy, in plain words.
Draft for the test site. This plain-language version still needs a lawyer's review before launch.
What we collect
Your name, email, ZIP code and, for sellers, your pickup address. Order details, messages in order chats and reviews.
Where you show up
Sellers appear on the map a few blocks from their real address. The exact pickup address is shown only to a buyer whose order is paid.
Payments
Card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Who else sees your data
Only the services that run the site: Supabase (database), Netlify (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Mapbox and Google (maps and street photos), and the help assistant's AI provider. We don't sell your data.
Location sharing
"On my way" shares your live location only with the other person on that order, only while you choose to, and it expires on its own.
Your choices
You can update your details on your account page, or ask through Help to download or delete your data.
